A quick introduction - Academic journey so far and work experience

Sushant is a commerce graduate and completed his degree in the year 2019. He was fascinated by the marketing domain and hence, joined a construction company as an Assistant Marketing Manager. During his stint with this organisation, he discovered the wide scope available to grow in the marketing domain. Therefore, he resolved to expand his knowledge to develop his academic and intellectual skills to tap into opportunities in the marketing arena by pursuing a master’s degree.

His motivation to pursue higher education

During the lockdown, Sushant observed the job crunch in the market. Despite the uncertainties, he noticed that his peers who had pursued their higher education from reputed universities continued to find job opportunities and flourish in their chosen career paths. He realised that higher education would value-add to his work experience as well as accelerate his career. So, to gain deeper knowledge and develop his expertise, he opted for post-graduation.

Which academic hubs did Sushant shortlist?

Search for universities that offer a curriculum with a perfect mix of theoretical and practical knowledge directed his research to three destinations, the UK, the US and Canada. Based on parameters such as the cost of education, suitable weather and shorter course duration, he finally decided to study in the UK. Additionally, the UK is an English-speaking country, so it is easier to gel with the locals and make new connections.

How did he select BPP University, UK?

His previous academic and professional background encouraged Sushant to opt for post-graduation in Management. He first selected the location, i.e. the UK, then shortlisted the university. London is buzzing with part-time opportunities for the student community. So, the strategic location and chance to expand his network convinced him to go ahead with London.

His educational consultant too assisted him in finding his dream university. After conducting thorough research, he chose BPP University as it is popular among international students for MSc Management. It is located in London, an academic hub that will allow Sushant to connect with a vibrant student community.
