Her Motivation To Study Abroad
When the world was hit by the pandemic, she found an opportunity to work as an intern at a leading project management company. Despite the challenges, she was fortunate to gain on-site experience with a globally renowned firm handling major international projects.
While working in this company, during an informal discussion, a project manager asked her about her career plans. Back then, she had not charted a clear path, but this question proved to be a turning point. He encouraged her to delve into project management, and this ignited a sense of direction and purpose.
His guidance and Anusha’s desire to grow in this field, which combines creativity and leadership, led her to plan to study in Australia. It turned out to be the perfect destination, offering her everything she was seeking, right from a great academic atmosphere, global exposure, and a healthy work-life balance, which can fulfil her professional and personal aspirations.
Other Study Abroad Destination She Shortlisted
When asked if Anusha had any other location in mind, she said she preferred Australia, due to its latest technology, coupled with its reputation for work-life balance, which made it a perfect choice. Yet, if not Australia, she would have considered Spain due to its reputation for architectural marvels worldwide.
What fascinated Anusha was Spain’s aesthetic buildings, rich design heritage, and the sheer imagination and creativity behind its historical structures. After all, a master’s degree is about upgrading skills and advancing career, so Spain would have given her the required exposure in her field.
Studying in a country where extraordinary design was achieved long before modern technology existed would have certain unique learning advantages. Understanding how the architects in that era designed and then built such masterpieces could have been both inspiring and worth exploring.
So, this is all about Anusha’s academic milestones and career so far, university, course, motivation to study abroad and the other study abroad destinations she shortlisted. In the next episode, we will cover her research approach, her experience with an education consultant and English Proficiency Tests.
