Avanse Freedom – Terms and Conditions

The benefits of this program are subject to following terms and conditions (T&Cs):

1. Applicant to take disbursement of loan on or before August 31’2025.
2. Applicant will not be eligible for benefits under this offer if disbursement of loan is taken post the Offer Period.
3. Processing fees will be applicable as per schedule of charges, in the event Applicant is unable to provide proof of processing fee paid to another lender.
4. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer provided by the Company.
5. In the event the Applicant does not avail the disbursement within the Offer Period, the case will be subject to re-sanction as per extant policy
6. All other terms of the loan document/sanction letter shall continue to subsist.
7. The Program is subject to Applicant’s eligibility inter-alia under the credit underwriting norms of the Lender.
8. The Company reserves its sole right to make changes in the offer terms and conditions.
9. This Scheme is subject to review and/or maybe discontinued at any time as per the sole discretion of the Company.
